The Tribute in Lights Photo Shoot

Each year, as the twin beams rise over Lower Manhattan, police, fire and EMS departments bring their apparatus to Liberty State Park in Jersey City to be photographed beneath them. It's a free event, run by a small group of local photographers, and there's nothing else quite like it anywhere.
